Summary

This study tests whether adding the drug selinexor to a lower dose of radiation (40 Gy) can work as well as standard high-dose radiation for early-stage NK/T-cell lymphoma, while causing fewer side effects like mouth sores and dry mouth. About 34 adults with untreated stage I-II disease will receive chemotherapy first, then the drug plus reduced radiation. The goal is to see if this approach keeps the cancer under control without the need for lifelong medication.
