Mirror test seeks clues to psychosis risk in young minds

NCT ID NCT04945278

Summary

This study aims to understand if young people at risk for psychosis see themselves differently than healthy people. Researchers will use a special double-sided mirror device that slowly blends a person's face with a stranger's face. They will compare how 34 young participants, some at risk and some healthy, judge when the face looks more like themselves or the other person.
