Summary
This study looks at whether a simple foam rolling routine before training can lower injury risk and improve muscle function in teenage male soccer players. About 65 athletes aged 14 to 18 will either do structured foam rolling twice a week or continue their usual warm-up. Researchers will measure flexibility, balance, jump performance, and muscle stiffness over 16 weeks to see if the rolling group has fewer injuries and better physical performance.
