Summary
This study tested a special education program designed to help people on dialysis in Cambodia better understand and manage their own care. The program, led by trained nurses, taught 45 patients about their condition, diet, medication, and how to monitor their health. Researchers measured if the program improved patients' knowledge, daily self-care habits, and overall quality of life.
