Summary
This study is testing a six-week online group program to help people in Israel who have had a kidney transplant or are cancer survivors. The program teaches practical skills to manage symptoms like fatigue and pain, set health goals, and improve communication with doctors. Researchers want to see if this program is helpful and feasible to offer more widely to improve quality of life for people living with chronic conditions.
