Summary
This study tested whether a 12-week self-management program could help university students with high levels of chronic fatigue. Fifty-one students were randomly assigned to either receive the weekly program or a single information session. The program taught skills like goal setting, time management, and stress coping to improve fatigue, sleep quality, and resilience.
