Summary
This study is testing whether a personalized home program of exercise and high-protein eating can help lung cancer patients who are losing too much weight (a condition called cachexia). Researchers will compare this self-management plan to standard health advice to see if it improves patients' nutrition, body strength, and quality of life. The goal is to help patients feel stronger and better during their cancer treatment.
