Summary
This study aims to test a new educational workshop designed to help people with chronic inflammatory rheumatic diseases (like rheumatoid arthritis) feel better about their bodies and themselves. The program will teach skills to improve self-image and self-esteem. Researchers will enroll 60 adult patients to see if the workshop improves their quality of life and how they view themselves.
