Ancient healing meets modern illness: can traditional Self-Help ease long COVID?
NCT ID NCT05798221
Summary
This study tested whether a 10-week group program teaching self-help strategies from traditional European, Chinese, and Indian medicine could help people with Long COVID feel better. 86 adults with ongoing symptoms like fatigue and breathlessness after COVID-19 were randomly assigned to either try the program along with their usual care or to continue with usual care alone. Researchers measured changes in symptom burden, daily function, and quality of life to see if the self-help techniques made a difference.
