New dental filling material tested for Long-Term performance
NCT ID NCT07480070
Summary
This study compared two types of dental filling materials for back teeth cavities over two years. Fifty patients received either self-cured fillings (which harden chemically) or light-cured bioactive fillings (which harden with a special light). Researchers tracked how well each type held up during normal chewing and biting to see which performed better long-term.
