Summary

This study looked at whether a self-compassion training program could help nursing students feel less stressed and more resilient. 64 students completed questionnaires before and after the program to measure changes in self-compassion, stress, and well-being. The goal was to see if learning to be kinder to themselves during tough times improves their mental health.
