NCT ID NCT06656910

Summary

This study tested whether a 7-week program teaching self-compassion could reduce bullying and victimization among middle school students. Researchers worked with 115 fifth-grade students, randomly assigning them to either participate in the program or be in a comparison group. The goal was to see if learning to be kinder to themselves would help students be less aggressive towards others and better handle being bullied.
