Can a simple Finger-Pressure technique fix your sleep schedule?

NCT ID NCT07410936

Summary

This study is testing whether a daily self-acupressure routine can help female university students reduce 'social jet lag'—the mismatch between their body clock and their class schedule—and improve their sleep. 120 participants will be randomly assigned to practice either real acupressure on specific points or a sham version on non-points for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in sleep timing, sleep quality, and daytime sleepiness to see if the technique helps.
