Summary

This program provides access to an investigational drug called selexipag (Uptravi) for patients with Buerger's disease who have wounds that won't heal. Buerger's disease is a rare condition that causes blocked blood vessels, often in the arms and legs, leading to painful sores. The program aims to see if this medication can help improve blood flow and promote wound healing in these difficult cases.
