First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 26, 2026
Summary
This study tests a new internet-based program called SEE 2.0, designed to help people with chronic diseases like long-term pain, fatigue, or lung conditions manage their daily activities better. Researchers will enroll 40 adults aged 18-75 who struggle with everyday tasks. The program includes educational videos and self-reflection exercises to improve satisfaction, balance, and value in daily life. This is a small feasibility study to see if the approach works and can be used more widely.
What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
internet-based occupational therapy program (Strategies Empowering Activities in Everyday Life 2.0)
What this could lead to
If it works, this could offer a practical, home-based way for people with chronic conditions to feel more satisfied and balanced in their daily lives.
What could go wrong
This is a small feasibility study with only 40 participants, so results may not apply widely. The program requires self-motivation and internet access, which may limit its usefulness for some.
