Summary

This study compares two sedative drugs, dexmedetomidine and ketamine, in ICU patients recovering from abdominal surgery due to sepsis. The goal is to see which drug better controls inflammation and keeps blood pressure stable. The study is in early phases and is currently recruiting adult patients who need sedation and breathing support after surgery.
