Summary
This study watched 100 people with COPD during sedated procedures to see what raises the risk of breathing problems. It also tested if a special monitor called the Integrated Pulmonary Index (IPI) can predict these problems better than usual checks. The goal is to help doctors keep patients safer during sedation.
