Summary

This study aims to find the best way to keep young children calm and comfortable during the removal of stitches after cleft lip or palate surgery. It will compare three different sedative medications given by injection or nasal spray in 60 children aged 6 months to 3 years. The goal is to see which option works fastest, is easiest for the surgeon, and allows the child to go home safely soonest.
