Summary
This study aims to find the precise dose of a sedative drug that works best for keeping elderly patients comfortably asleep during leg surgery, like hip or knee replacements. Researchers will test the drug on 60 patients aged 65 and older who are having surgery with spinal anesthesia. The goal is to determine the safest and most effective amount of medication to use for this specific group of patients.
