Summary

This study is testing a second stem cell transplant for people with sickle cell disease or beta-thalassemia whose disease returned after their first transplant. The goal is to use a stronger treatment to make more room in the patient's bone marrow for healthy donor cells, aiming for long-term control of the disease. Participants must be at least 4 years old and have a related donor willing to donate stem cells again.
