Summary
This study tested an oral drug called sebetralstat in 36 children aged 2 to 11 with hereditary angioedema (HAE) Types I or II, a condition causing sudden painful swelling. The main goal was to check safety and how the body processes the drug. Researchers also measured how quickly symptoms improved after an attack. The medicine is designed to control attacks, not cure the condition.
