Could a salty mist be the key to better sleep with a cold?

NCT ID NCT07267689

Summary

This study is testing whether inhaling a concentrated seawater mist can help relieve stuffy noses, improve sleep, and thin mucus for people with colds and other upper respiratory infections. About 110 adults and children (ages 2 and up) will use the aerosol device at home for 7 days and report their symptoms. The main goal is to see if the treatment is safe and helps people feel better.
