Summary
This study tests whether giving infants extra oxygen through a nasal cannula during breathing tube placement (intubation) helps prevent dangerous drops in oxygen levels. About 240 infants up to 52 weeks old will be randomly assigned to receive either standard care or extra oxygen. The goal is to see if this simple addition improves first-attempt success and reduces complications.
