Summary

This study is testing whether a daily drink made from sea buckthorn powder can help overweight women improve their body composition, including weight, BMI, waist-hip ratio, and visceral fat. Sixty women aged 18-50 with a BMI of 25-29.9 will be randomly assigned to either drink the infusion daily for 12 weeks or continue their usual habits. The goal is to see if this natural supplement offers any measurable benefits for weight management.
