Summary
This study follows up on previous research to check the long-term safety of SD-101 cream when applied daily to the entire body for up to one year. It includes 80 people with different types of epidermolysis bullosa (EB), a condition that causes fragile, blistering skin. The main goal is to monitor for any side effects or safety concerns during extended use of this topical treatment.
