Summary

This study tests a new drug, SCTC21C, in 159 adults with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). The goal is to see if it is safe and can help control the disease. Participants must have moderate to severe lupus and be on standard treatments. The study is in two parts: first checking safety, then measuring how well the drug works.
