Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called SCT650C in 60 adults with moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS), a chronic skin condition causing painful abscesses and scarring. Participants receive either the drug or a placebo to see if it reduces skin bumps and inflammation by at least 75% over 16 weeks. The goal is to find a safer, more effective treatment for this hard-to-manage disease.
