First seen Mar 12, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study aims to understand if people with functional neurological symptom disorder (FNSD) experience more sluggish cognitive tempo (SCT) symptoms—like daydreaming, confusion, and slow thinking—compared to healthy individuals. Researchers will enroll 100 adults and use questionnaires to measure these symptoms. The goal is to gather knowledge, not to test a treatment.
