Could your Child's screen time predict their surgery pain?
NCT ID NCT07297784
Summary
This study aims to see if children's problematic media use (like excessive screen time) is linked to how much pain they feel after having their tonsils removed. Researchers will observe 94 children aged 4-11 who are scheduled for this common surgery. They will use questionnaires about family media habits and then measure the children's pain levels at specific times after the operation to look for a connection.
