Virtual therapy for parents aims to break the Screen-Time pacifier habit
NCT ID NCT07394166
Summary
This study is testing a short, online group program for parents of young children (ages 2.5 to 4.5). The goal is to help parents reduce how often they use screens like tablets or phones to calm their kids or keep them occupied. Researchers believe less 'regulatory screen use' will help children learn to better manage their own emotions and boredom.
