First seen Apr 28, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026

Summary

This study watches 288 children aged 2 to 11 who are having planned lower belly surgery. Parents report how much time their child spends on screens each day. After surgery, doctors check for signs of confusion or agitation. The goal is to see if more screen time is linked to worse recovery from anesthesia.
