Could your Child's screen time make surgery scarier?
NCT ID NCT07425405
Summary
This study aims to understand if the amount of time young children spend on screens daily is linked to how anxious they feel before surgery. Researchers will observe 275 children aged 2-5 years who are having planned surgery, grouping them by their reported daily screen time. The study only observes and asks questions; it does not test any treatments or change the children's medical care.
