Summary
This study tested a drug called SCP776 in 120 people having a stroke caused by a blocked artery. All participants were already scheduled for a procedure to remove the clot. The goal was to see if the drug is safe and helps protect the brain from further damage. Half received the drug, half a placebo, and researchers monitored side effects and recovery.
