Summary
This study tests whether connecting Hartford children (ages 8-17) and their families with a care coordinator can lower their exposure to violence. About 225 participants will be assigned to either receive the care coordinator or standard care. The goal is to see if this support reduces violence exposure and builds resilience over 12 months.
