New Mind-Body approach tested to help teens with scoliosis
NCT ID NCT07500883
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a special body awareness therapy to standard scoliosis exercises helps teenagers with spinal curvature. Researchers want to see if this combination improves how teens feel in their bodies, their quality of life, and their posture. The study involves 40 teens aged 10-17 who will do exercises for six months, with half also receiving the additional awareness therapy.
