Can targeted exercises boost fitness for teens with curved spines?
NCT ID NCT07249502
Summary
This study is testing whether a specific set of exercises designed for scoliosis can improve physical fitness in teenagers with the condition. Researchers will enroll 40 adolescents to complete an 8-week exercise program. They will measure changes in muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance to see if the exercises help beyond just managing the spinal curve.
