Summary
This study compares two exercise approaches—Schroth method and Scientific Exercise Approach to Scoliosis—for teens aged 13 to 18 with mild idiopathic scoliosis (curves between 10 and 25 degrees). Researchers will measure changes in spine curvature and trunk rotation to see which method works better. The goal is to improve spinal alignment and quality of life without surgery.
