This study looked at whether adding dynamic neuromuscular stabilization breathing exercises to standard Schroth exercises helps teenagers with scoliosis. 26 teens aged 10-18 with mild to moderate curves participated. Researchers measured spine curvature, breathing strength, pain, and quality of life to see if the combined approach offered extra benefits.
