New hope for healing painful finger sores in scleroderma patients

Summary

This study is testing whether a medication called diosmin can help heal painful open sores on the fingers of people with scleroderma. About 45 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either diosmin or a placebo pill for 8 weeks. Researchers will track how well the sores heal and monitor for any side effects.
