Summary
This study tests whether adding an immunotherapy drug (durvalumab) to standard chemotherapy after surgery can help keep small cell lung cancer from coming back. About 65 adults who had their lung cancer completely removed will receive this combination. The goal is to see if this approach improves how long people stay cancer-free compared to past results with chemotherapy alone.
