New twist on sciatica pain? study tests Leg-Rotation therapy
NCT ID NCT07444125
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a specific leg-rotation manual therapy technique to standard physical therapy helps people with sciatica caused by a disc problem in the lower back. It will involve 70 adults aged 18-50 who have sciatica pain that goes down to the knee. The main goal is to see if this combination reduces pain, improves leg flexibility, and helps with daily activities compared to standard therapy alone.
