NCT ID NCT07136441

First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study uses a special ultrasound technique to measure how stiff the sciatic nerve is in people with low back pain and sciatica compared to healthy volunteers. Researchers will test two different leg movement sequences to see which one better reveals nerve stiffness. The goal is to better understand nerve changes in sciatica, not to provide a treatment.
