Simple leg stretches may lower nerve pain sensitivity
NCT ID NCT07525895
First seen Apr 14, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a specific leg movement called sciatic nerve mobilization can change how sensitive the nerves in your lower leg are to pressure pain. About 34 healthy university students will be split into two groups: one that does the nerve mobilization and one that does nothing. Researchers will measure pain thresholds before and after to see if the movement makes a difference.
