New nerve block approach aims for better leg surgery comfort

Summary
This study tests a new method for numbing the sciatic nerve before leg surgery. The goal is to see if it is safe and works well. Two hundred adults having certain types of leg surgery will take part. The new approach uses ultrasound to guide the numbing medicine to the right spot.
