Summary
This study tested an 8-week school program to help 1,000 teenagers in China sit less during their short breaks between classes. The program included lessons, teacher reminders, and peer support, while other schools continued as usual. Researchers measured how much students moved during breaks and looked at their overall activity, mood, and thinking skills. The goal was to find simple ways to get teens moving more during the school day.
