Can changing school lunches and parent habits protect kids from hidden chemicals?
NCT ID NCT07411001
Summary
This study tests whether a school and family program can reduce children's exposure to common chemicals found in plastics and other products. The program includes plastic-free school lunches, educational workshops for parents and kids, and a mobile app. Researchers will measure chemical levels in children's urine over two and a half years to see if the program works and if it helps prevent early puberty and thinking problems.
