Schools fight teen inactivity with simple Break-Time moves
NCT ID NCT07451535
Summary
This study tested an 8-week school program designed to get teenagers to sit less and move more during their short breaks between classes. About 1,000 students from 12 schools in China participated. Some schools used educational materials, teacher guidance, and peer reminders to encourage movement, while other schools continued their normal routines for comparison.
