Summary

This study is testing a school-based program designed to prevent poor mental health and promote well-being among Danish 10th-grade students. About 500 students will participate in a special life-skills curriculum and help create healthier school environments. The goal is to see if this approach improves students' confidence, social skills, and overall health, and if it could be used in schools nationwide.
