Summary
This study tests a nutrition program created with students, parents, teachers, and cafeteria staff to help teens in India and Nepal eat healthier and maintain a healthy weight. About 2,600 students in grades 7-9 from 52 schools will take part. Researchers will measure their weight, diet, activity, and well-being before and after the program to see if it works.
