Summary

This pilot study looks at whether adding a real-life story about a soccer player's mental health recovery to a standard school lesson helps 5th graders feel less stigma and more willingness to seek help. About 150 students in Tokyo will take part, with some classes hearing the extra story. The goal is to see if this approach is worth testing in a larger study.
